The family owns a 25-acre site at Rose Farm, Guarlford Road, Malvern which is currently being promoted for residential development.
A comprehensive layout is being prepared to achieve sustainable development, with the additional aims of providing a strong vibrant and healthy community, whilst protecting and enhancing the natural built and historic environment.
A mix of type and size of homes will be provided with 40% being affordable. A total number of 200 homes is being planned. 42% of the entire site area will be allocated to Public Open Space.
